Simply send an e-mail to sales@horsefeathersjewellery.com with the item(s) you would like to purchase. We will accept Visa, Mastercard, money order, and PayPal coming soon.
Horsefeathers will pay for standard shipping to Canada and the United States. Shipping will be charged at actual cost. If you wish express service, customers will pay any additional charges. Please email us for rates on shipping to countries outside North America.  Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees
applicable are the customer's responsibility.  Items shipping to the United States are covered under the NAFTA agreement and therefore tax and duty free.


Horsefeathers return policy is as follows.  If you are not happy, we're not happy.  Each case will be examined individually and dealt with by the designers.  However, customers must speak directly with Horsefeathers staff
before returning any item for exchange, credit or money back.  As we travel extensively, please allow some time for this.
